Day 1: 1st day kick off! (Sonieya)

 Today was the 1st day of  3D printing! 

Day 1: Today we hadn't started printing yet (obviously) but we had a lovely day. We started to download the software we would need to need to begin our designs. !st things 1st we needed to learn how to use the apps we had downloaded, so we watched a "welcome" video into the app and all its controls. Some controls were different because the app had been updated since then. Some people had some problems figuring out the controls (including me) but we got through it. 

After we got through the tutorial on how to use it, we started the process of making a lego block with the tutorial. We went through it step by step. We all individually went through the videos at our own pace. We had two videos today, a Lego Block, and a Beer bottle. Most of the class if not all, got done with the Lego block and some are still working on the Beer bottle. 

These are the pictures of the Lego Block "in the making", the only thing missing in this Lego block is the 3 connectors at the bottom. This day was deafeningly very productive. I have learned a lot today and this is defiantly going to e a fun challenge for me I can tell!
