Today in 3d printing and modeling, we started the class by going over the whiskey bottle homework, and all of the issues people had. I had some complications as well, most with figuring out how to do the railing in the modeling, which I found to be pretty annoying. As I worked on the bottle, it turns out the issue with the railing was just that my outline wasn't connected to the scaffolding setup, which felt a bit underwhelming to figure out. And while I was almost done with my work, my computer crashed which was incredibly annoying. Luckily, all of my work was saved, and my whiskey bottle was recovered, but still a bit of a scare at first. As the class went on, and I eventually finished making the bottle, and for the first time printed a 3d model. When my bottle was finished, I started making a ice tray, and finally went home afterwards.
